Terms of Service

Welcome to StoreOrder. By creating a shop or placing an order through StoreOrder, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

StoreOrder provides storefront software and order dispatch tools for small businesses. StoreOrder is not a party to transactions between customers and merchants.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

• Merchants are solely responsible for product quality, pricing accuracy, inventory availability, order fulfilment, and any applicable refunds.
• Merchants must provide a valid UPI ID owned by them or their business and must complete the UPI Setup Check before accepting customer payments.
• Merchants may not sell prohibited, counterfeit, or hazardous goods.

3. Direct Peer-to-Peer Payments

Customer payments move directly from the customer to the merchant's own UPI address. StoreOrder does not hold, process, route, or guarantee customer payments. Any claims, chargebacks, or refund disputes must be resolved directly between customer and merchant.

4. Platform Subscriptions

Store owners subscribe on a flat monthly or annual fee with 0% order commissions. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through the web billing dashboard.
